Movie: Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe (2026)
Tensions continue to rise as the conflict between Mafty, and Kenneth Sleg's newly renamed "Circe" unit. Meanwhile, Hathaway Noa begins to struggle ever more in his role due to his lingering feelings towards Gigi Andalucia, while she herself has increasingly common premonitions of what is to come.
This is the direct sequel to 2021's Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway's Flash covering the 2nd of the Hathaway's Flash trilogy of novels written by Yoshiyuki Tomino

"New" Anime? [05/18/26]
Recently, a "Gundam Conference" was streamed online. This conference focused on announcements related to the 50th anniversary of Gundam which, being a few years away, means there werent many "brand-new" things announced, but there were some highlights!
First, a promo music video celebrating Gundam's 50th called "A boy with Gundam" was released, featuring the song "Masterpiece" by the band PEOPLE 1, it showcases many cameos of mobile suits, characters, other parts of Gundam media like video games!
Next, the original Mobile Suit Gundam is getting a new remaster! Though, details given were sparce. We have no idea if this will be a literal remaster, maybe a 4k full series rescan, or be more similar to the SEED HD Remaster Project, with scenes reanimated and episodes recut.
Then, a new Mobile Suit Gundam Wing project was announced! Though yet again, with very little detail. The only detail given was that it will be long. How long? We'll just have to wait and see.
And finally, Gundam Seed fans rejoice as the next movie in the Seed franchise and the prequel to the previous entry, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Freedom Zero, was... mentioned! A new logo was shown off and it was confirmed for theaters, but no release date or other details were given.
That's all that was notable during this presentation, many entires into pre-existing Gundam series, but nothing really new. That being said, later in the year there's going to be another Gundam Conference! So, be sure to look forward for the next set of announcements!

 Webmistress Story Time:How I Got Into Gundam!
Around the summer of 2023, I saw people posting on Tumblr about Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. It was about to be ending and I was seeing how much queerness was in the show. It peaked my interest, and because of it being a part of this "Gundam" series I had heard so much about, I decided it was going to be the next show I'd watch!
 It took me a little to get into it, eventually I watch most of the series with in a single night while sitting on the floor of my room! I got hooked! I loved the characters and the world around them so much, Suletta is still my favortie protagonist! But, it still took a bit for it to fully sink in. I didn't watch any other Gundam for a long while, mainly because I didn't know where to go next. I heard about the Universal Century, but at the time I didn't have access to 0079 to start it. I tried to start Gundam Wing as I knew it was very popular here and stand alone, but my inability to keep watching series that dont immediately get me stopped that. I knew I would watch more Gundam, but was currently stalled.
That was until my (soon-to-be-girl) friend mentioned that she wanted to watch The Witch from Mercury , as i had recommended it to her! So I offered to watch it with her! We then proceeded to watch the entire series in two days together! She loved it and the re-watch re-lit the fire in my brain to continue watching other series! We soon planned to start watching UC, especially because the movie Char's Counterattack was playing in theaters within a couple months! Soon we discovered a local hobby store that speciailized in model kits, specifically gunpla! By half-way through Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, I had already bought my first ever master grade! And now I have multiple shelves full of Gundam merch, have seen many more series, and have made this very site. :3
